This series was initially started after I have spent a long time working non figuratively. At some point the female heads and faces started to show up.
Not surprisingly - women have always interested me. What do women show others to be seen? Constantly checking their position in a default male world, juggling a multitude of roles by navigating through all the expectations put onto them by themselves and the world they live in.
By choosing a name for each one of these imaginary women I invite viewers to look closer and find their own answers to the question: What is your story?
